LBC Youth ministries is based on a simple and known philosophy, "COME, GROW, GO" It is a "funnel" process that starts when youth come into the program at 6th grade and grow with the ministry till they graduate high school. "COME" events allow youth who have and have not been exposed to church and organized youth group settings to come to non-pressure events based on fellowship and fun. As a youth becomes more committed, they progress to "GROW" ministries of bible study, mission work and trips, and growth in their own spiritual life and knowledge about Christianity and their purpose. "GO" is the final stage and smallest part of the funnel. These are the youth who are prepared for this world, spirit, mind, and body with Jesus at the helm of their life. These GO Youth are the future!
